Divya is an associate researcher in the Kenny Lab. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Hunter College. Previously, she volunteered as an undergraduate research assistant at The Rockefeller University, where she studied the interaction between genetics and diet in genetically modified mouse models with altered immune function. Divya joined the Kenny Lab at Mount Sinai in 2026, where she will contribute to ongoing studies investigating tissue-specific functions of nutrients. Outside the lab, she enjoys reading and spending time with her dog, Leo.
